Con esto hemos presentado todos los verbos irregulares de este nivel.

Unit 4

Past simple of the verb "to be"

    It was sunny.         

    It wasn't rainy.           

    Was he there?     Yes, he was.

                                No, he wasn't.

    They were happy.    

    They weren't sad.    

    Were they sick?    Yes, they were.

                                  No, they weren't.

Unit 5

Past of other verbs

I played handball. (verbo regular)

    I didn't play handball. 

    

    Did you play basketball?        Yes, I did.

                                                    No, I didn't.

She went to the park. (verbo irregular)

    She didn't go to the arcade.        

    

    Did she go to the park?        Yes, she did.

                                                  No, she didn't.
